1. What are the shipping times?
- Europe & United States: 7–14 business days
- Other countries: 14–31 business days
Please note: shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
2. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order is processed, we’ll upload the tracking number and send it to your email. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
3. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
4. What payment methods do you accept?

5. Can I change or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After that, we start processing your order, and changes may no longer be possible.
6. Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our network of trusted suppliers and fulfillment centers located in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Shipping origin depends on the product and destination.
7. Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Most orders to the U.S. and Europe do not incur additional fees. However, customs regulations vary by country. Any applicable duties or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
8. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We recommend taking photos or a short unboxing video. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
9. I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I update it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes. Please contact us immediately so we can update your information. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the address.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your country. Please refer to Question 1 for estimated delivery times.
